A man convicted of impaired driving drove drunk to a court-ordered victim impact panel, deputies said.Tyler L. Cranker, 30, of Fultonville, showed up intoxicated at the panel at Fulton-Montgomery Community College on Oct. 21, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies gave Cranker field sobriety tests and determined he had driven himself there while intoxicated.
