Salina, N.Y. ― A Syracuse man who was driving at more than double the speed limit just before a fatal crash in Salina has been arrested, troopers said. Dadiri S. Abdi, 21, was charged Wednesday with criminally negligent homicide in connection with the death of Gary S. Zimmer, 85, of North Syracuse, State Police said in a news release Monday.
