Syracuse, N.Y. — A Romanian man has been sentenced to prison after admitting he stole debit card information and used it to withdraw nearly $200,000 from the card owners’ accounts.Senior U.S. District Judge David Hurd sentenced the man, Gheorghe Nistor, on Oct. 7 to 45 months in prison.
